Understand profiles, security, notifications, team roles, billing, usage, upgrades, and cancellation controls.

Use or restart page guides
New users may receive a page guide once. Next and Back move between real interface targets, Skip dismisses it, Finish records completion, and Escape closes it. Returning users are not forced through completed guides; use the Guide button to restart one manually.
Profile, account, and security
Use Settings for profile details, avatar, language, timezone, appearance, notification preferences, email changes, password changes, and session controls. Authentication and passwords remain managed by Supabase Auth. Existing MFA requirements remain in effect.
Organization and team roles
Owners and permitted Admins manage organization details and team membership. Members and reviewers retain narrower permissions. Subscription seat limits are enforced server-side when billing enforcement is active.
Billing, usage, upgrades, and cancellation
Billing shows the authoritative plan, subscription state, renewal information, and current usage. Authorized billing owners can open Stripe's hosted portal. Plan changes become active only after Stripe confirms them. Cancellation follows the state shown in the portal and application.
If payment synchronization is delayed
A successful Stripe payment can occasionally take time to synchronize. TenderFaro keeps the payment record safe and reconciles server-side. Do not purchase the same plan again; wait for the status update or contact support.
