Data boundaries
TenderFaro keeps customer workspaces separate at the organization level. Customer tender documents, company evidence, analysis findings, and administrative areas are private and are not published as public knowledge content.
Implemented controls
TenderFaro uses private storage, organization-level access controls, Supabase row-level security, signed file access, server-side authorization, encrypted transport, and auditable administrative actions where applicable.
AI data handling
AI provider credentials remain server-side. TenderFaro presents AI-assisted findings as reviewable decision support, not automatic legal or procurement determinations. Teams should use approved organizational processes when handling confidential tender material.
