Manage your profile, account, and security

Open personal settings

Select your avatar in the workspace header, then choose Profile settings or Security. Personal settings are separate from organization settings. Billing has its own page and Sign out is the only profile-menu action that ends the session.

• Choose Profile settings to open the Profile section.
• Choose Security to open Account & Security.
• Use the Settings navigation for Notifications and Preferences.

Update your profile

Add a full name, display name, job title, optional phone number, and profile image. Avatar uploads accept the formats and size shown by the interface. If no image is available, TenderFaro uses initials.

Email, password, and sessions

Supabase Auth manages email and password credentials. Use Account & Security to request an email change, change or reset the password, and sign out of the current session. TenderFaro does not store a separate application password.

Multi-factor authentication

Follow the on-screen enrollment and verification steps when MFA is available for your account. Store recovery information securely and never share QR codes or one-time codes. Platform administrators retain the existing stronger authentication requirements.

Notifications and preferences

Store deadline, analysis, review, evidence, invitation, and billing preferences together with language, timezone, date, currency, export, and discovery defaults. A saved preference does not mean an email was delivered; delivery depends on the configured notification channel.

Errors and recovery

If an account change requires email confirmation, complete the Supabase confirmation link and return to TenderFaro. If a session expires, sign in again. Contact support if a confirmed change does not appear after refreshing.
