Subscription fees
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except where required by applicable law, for duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, or another case expressly approved by Fraja LLC.
Annual subscriptions
Annual subscription terms and any applicable refund treatment must be shown clearly before checkout. TenderFaro will not promise automatic refunds that its billing process cannot support.
Incorrect charges and disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect or duplicated, contact TenderFaro first at contact@tenderfaro.com with safe billing details. This does not limit your legal or card-network dispute rights.
