Information TenderFaro processes
We process account information, organization and company profile information, tender documents, company evidence documents, workspace activity, and technical/usage data needed to run the service. Do not provide payment-card data in TenderFaro support channels.
Why we process it
We process data to authenticate users, isolate organization workspaces, store and retrieve private documents, run tender analysis, provide support, maintain security, and meet legal obligations where applicable.
Service providers
The current architecture may use Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; Vercel for application hosting; Cloudflare Workers AI where enabled for AI processing; and Trigger.dev where configured for durable jobs. Stripe will process payment information directly after billing is enabled. We do not claim that TenderFaro stores Stripe card information.
Retention, deletion, and rights
Retention and deletion controls depend on the account, workspace, and applicable operational requirements. Customers can request account and data help at contact@tenderfaro.com. Data-retention periods, privacy contact details, and any data processing agreement require founder/legal confirmation before launch.
Security
Transport is encrypted with HTTPS. Tenant isolation, private document storage, signed access, and server-side authorization are described on our Security page.
