Troubleshoot common TenderFaro issues

Recover from provider outages, missing source documents, empty searches, analysis review states, and billing synchronization delays.

A provider is unavailable

Retry after a short delay and open the official provider where possible. Temporary TED, UK, GLEIF, or VIES failures do not mean an opportunity or company record is invalid. Credential-blocked providers remain unavailable until an administrator configures the required access.

A discovery search returns no results

Remove the narrowest filter first, check country and classification formats, widen the publication range, and try a simpler keyword. No results is different from a provider error and does not create an empty imported tender.

The procurement documents are missing

A public notice may not contain the complete tender pack. Open the official notice, follow the buyer's document link, and upload only files you are authorized to use. TenderFaro does not invent a procurement document from notice metadata.

Analysis failed or needs review

Keep the source document, review any recorded failure, and retry only when the interface offers a safe retry. Needs Review and Potential Blocker are human-review states rather than processing errors. Open the citation and compare the underlying evidence before resolving them.

A deadline is unknown

TenderFaro displays an unavailable deadline when the official source does not provide a dependable value. Check the notice, amendments, and buyer clarifications instead of assuming a timezone or date.

A paid subscription is still synchronizing

Do not pay again. Refresh after a short wait and check Billing. TenderFaro activates paid access only after a signed Stripe event is synchronized. Contact support if the delayed state persists.
