Cancelling future renewal
Customers can cancel a future subscription renewal through the configured billing portal or by contacting TenderFaro. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
After cancellation
Where applicable, access remains available through the paid period. No future renewal should occur after cancellation. Customers should retain the ability to export or request deletion of data according to the product’s active data rules.
