1. Service and business identity
TenderFaro is a B2B SaaS platform operated by Fraja LLC that helps companies analyze RFPs and tenders, structure procurement requirements, compare those requirements against company evidence, identify missing information and potential blockers, and review findings against source documents.
TenderFaro is software, not legal advice, a procurement broker, a government agency, or a guarantee of tender eligibility or contract award.
2. Accounts and customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for account credentials, lawful use, their uploaded data, and reviewing tender requirements, evidence, and findings before acting. Customers must not upload content they have no right to process.
3. AI-assisted outputs
TenderFaro may use automated extraction, matching, and AI-assisted interpretation. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, or ambiguities. Human verification remains required, especially for eligibility, legal, commercial, or submission decisions.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Where a paid subscription is offered, charges, billing interval, included usage, taxes, and renewal terms will be shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period, subject to applicable law.
5. Acceptable use, data, and availability
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious files, or interfere with other organizations. Customer data remains controlled by the customer, subject to the service needed to operate TenderFaro. Service availability may change for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
6. Intellectual property, termination, and liability
Each party retains its pre-existing intellectual property. Fraja LLC may suspend or terminate misuse or non-payment. Warranty, limitation-of-liability, governing-law, and dispute sections must be finalized with legal counsel before production billing.
